Who pays for our services?
Our services are usually paid for privately by either the client or their family.
Long term care insurance may also cover some or all of our services. Check with your insurance provider for confirmation.
What is Home Care?
This is care provided to you in your home opposed to in assisted living or a nursing home.
Is Your Rides Here licensed?
Whereas the state of Indiana does not currently require licensing for the services we provide, we are bonded and insured in the state of Indiana. If you'd like to request more detailed information regarding our liability and operations insurance, please feel free to contact us here.
Are our caregivers bonded and insured?
All of our homemakers, companions, home health aides and CNA's are bonded and insured.
Do you conduct background checks?
All of are employees have had extensive background and reference checks.
What if I need help at night or the weekend?
As the needs and circumstances of our clients vary, so do our services. If you are in need of services that require scheduling for nights and/or weekends, we will be happy to discuss those individual requests with you. Please call us at (812) 378-9298 or (812) 350-6028 for more information.
How soon can services start?
As soon as you need it. We can usually staff a case within hours of the initial call.
Are your caregivers employed by Your Rides Here or are they independent contractors?
We do not hire independent contractors. All of our staff are employed by Your Rides Here and have met our stringent hiring policies.
What if my caregiver is not feeling well and can't come to work?
We will send a fill-in if your caregiver cannot make it one day. All of our caregivers know how much you rely on them and usually give us plenty of notice if they cannot make it to work.
